The purpose of the project - to popularise the association TEPAT un KOPĀ in the local community, to organise purposeful activities, to increase the number of members and supporters and to diversify income.

Main activities:

To create brand identity for the association
To develop a website to inform about the activities of the association
To learn skills to use social media and to communicate with society
To organise a meeting with representatives of the association Apeirons to share good practices
To organise a meeting with other non-governmental organisations of the Ogre region, which represent the families of children and young people with functional disabilities. The aim is to to represent the needs of the target group together and to facilitate integrity in the region
To develop the strategy of the association
To develop action plan 2023-2025
To follow the approach of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in order to improve the management system in the association
To participate in Ogre festival to popularise the association
To participate in Flea market in Ikšķile and to organize an auction to attract additional finances for the association
