The aim of the project is to promote volunteer work in the local community and attract at least 10 active residents of the local community as volunteers, applying in practice the knowledge and experience provided by the mentor in working with volunteers, would promote civic participation and social responsibility of the local community, contributing to the development of volunteer work in the local community.

Project activities:

1. meeting with an experienced mentor to get theoretical and practical knowledge for attracting volunteers, keeping them, involvement in the organization of association events, ensuring the sustainability of volunteer work

2. inspiring talks in an informal atmosphere about volunteer work with interested parties from the local community, in which 2 experienced brie will participate intellectuals who will share their experiences to inspire and motivate those present to get involved and become volunteers in the association.

3. individual negotiations with interested parties and conclusion of voluntary work contracts.

4. team building events, for creating a team of volunteers, for generating and assembling ideas for association event activities.

5. an event in which volunteers are involved in organizing the event and managing activities during the event.

Expected results of the project - volunteer work in the local community, inclusive and accepting local community, civic participation and social responsibility in the community are encouraged.
